What you'll do
- Enter and process data in payroll software, then export and test it for accuracy, completeness and reasonableness
- Administer payroll processes and prepare monthly payroll
- Calculate monthly social security obligations and submit analytical periodical declarations
- Calculate compensation packages for resigned or dismissed employees
- Process time and attendance data for working hours, sick leave, leave and overtime
- Handle payroll inquiries and monitor legislative changes and updates
- Prepare and submit statutory documents through electronic platforms including ERGANI and Sepenet
- Communicate with social security and labor authorities
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Payroll calculations and processing; payroll software data input and processing
- Payroll data accuracy testing; payroll reporting and statutory submissions
- Time and attendance processing; compensation calculation
- ERGANI information system; electronic statutory platforms
- SCAN HRMS; Employee Self-Service
- Labor and social security legislation; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint; Greek and English communication
- Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration
