What you'll do
- Collect, process data and issue payroll
- Prepare and submit ERGANI, Sepenet, EFKA, AAADE-FMY forms
- Manage contracts, hirings, departures and other personnel changes
- Ensure correct application of labor and insurance legislation
- Record and manage shift schedules, overtime, etc.
- Participate in employee benefits management
- Maintain records and properly archive documents
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Knowledge of Business or Pylon HRM Payroll systems
- Payroll processing and submission of ERGANI, Sepenet, EFKA, AAADE-FMY forms
- Familiarity with current labor and insurance legislation
- Experience with electronic timekeeping systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organizational skills and confidentiality
- Human Resource Management
