What you'll do
- Support client engagements in risk management, governance, regulatory compliance, internal control, and operational resilience.
- Contribute to the design, enhancement, and implementation of risk, compliance, and governance frameworks and operating models.
- Assist clients in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and management including developing methodologies and reporting frameworks.
- Support regulatory and business change initiatives through gap assessments and impact analysis.
- Prepare analyses, reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, collaborating with insurance business and control function stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development activities like proposals, thought leadership, and market research.
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while staying informed of industry developments and risks.
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Risk Management, Governance Frameworks, Regulatory Compliance, and Internal Controls skills
- Operational Resilience and Risk Assessment Methodologies expertise
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Analytical, Communication, and Client Engagement skills
- Knowledge of Insurance Sector and Regulatory Change Management
- Teamwork and Risk Reporting capabilities
- Risk Management / Actuarial Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Finance / Engineeringpreferred
