What you'll do
- Establish the product manager role within the customer environment
- Act as primary liaison across business, delivery, and stakeholder groups
- Refine the product roadmap based on legacy features, feedback, business demands, and delivery capacity
- Participate in operational decision-making regarding product direction
- Build a product analytics framework to support data-driven decisions
- Refine and formalize the product support process
- Support the mobile app launch and decommission the old app
- Collaborate with the customer's UI/UX team to align product and design efforts
- Define the product roadmap for 2027 aligned with business goals
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Product Management and Product Roadmap Development
- Mobile B2C Product Delivery and Support Process
- Product Analytics Frameworks
- Stakeholder Management and Operational Decision-Making
- UI/UX Collaboration
- Greek Language Fluency and English Language Proficiency
