What you'll do
- Engage with customer business stakeholders to identify data, analytics, and AI opportunities including GenAI and agentic use cases
- Design and facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder interviews to prioritize strategic and immediate needs
- Map customer vision and requirements to specific data products, AI products, platforms, and solutions using appropriate product management techniques
- Define success measures with clients and track realized value after product go-live including adoption and change management
- Manage consulting engagements end-to-end ensuring delivery output, quality, and client satisfaction
- Define human oversight processes for AI products including review points, confidence thresholds, and escalation paths
- Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams of analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver MVPs and production-grade products
- Advocate for data and AI by removing business, technical, and organizational obstacles
- Mentor and coach clients and team members on best practices in data, analytics, and AI product management
- Collaborate with account managers to build, grow, and retain strategic customer relationships
- Support business development through proposal and pitch creation including AI-focused opportunities
- Respond to RFXs and present proposals to potential clients
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Data product management including data platforms, warehouses, lakes, and advanced analytics
- AI product design for probabilistic outputs and human-in-the-loop review
- GenAI use cases such as RAG, agents, copilots, summarization, and extraction
- Machine Learning evaluation strategies and model lifecycle management
- Stakeholder management and communication with technical and executive audiences
- Product strategy and consulting delivery management with a focus on responsible AI principles
- Cross-functional team leadership and AI architecture collaboration
- Cloud Data Platforms knowledge and presales and proposal development skills
