What you'll do
- Define and drive vision, strategy and roadmap of defense products
- Own full product lifecycle from concept to enhancement
- Analyze market trends and technology developments for opportunities
- Engage with defense stakeholders to identify operational challenges
- Convert market needs into clear product requirements
- Partner with engineering to define development priorities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for product strategy execution
- Monitor roadmap and development progress balancing scope and quality
- Act as primary advocate of product portfolio internally and externally
- Support customer engagements and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing for product positioning and go-to-market
- Gather feedback and performance data to improve products
- Assess business impact and ROI of product initiatives
- Deliver presentations and training to teams and stakeholders
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Product Management, Product Development, Product Ownership
- Strategic Planning and Agile methodologies
- Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills
- Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
- Jira and Confluence
- Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Relevant disciplinepreferred
