What you'll do
- Act as the primary liaison between Store Operations and product/technology teams
- Facilitate discovery sessions and requirement workshops with stakeholders
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for store operations and technology platforms
- Define problem statements, desired outcomes, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- Support technology solutions like Store Backoffice, Electronic Shelf Labels, and SAP for stores
- Identify and propose process and system optimizations
- Assess operational impacts of new features and assist in change management
- Develop test scenarios and coordinate defect resolution during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure solutions align with business requirements
- Manage requirements, user stories, defects, and backlog prioritization using Jira
- Document business processes, functional requirements, and decisions in Confluence
- Maintain clear, traceable documentation for transparency and alignment
- Communicate project statuses, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs effectively to stakeholders
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Business analysis including elicitation and documentation
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- English language proficiency and Greek language proficiency
- Business Administration / Information Systems / Any Fieldpreferred

About the job
We are seeking a Business Analyst who will play a key role in bridging the gap between Store Operations, Franchise business stakeholders, and technology delivery teams. This individual will leverage Agile methodologies to elicit, refine, and manage business requirements for store technology solutions, ensuring that products align with operational needs and business goals. Working closely with Product Managers, engineers, and operations leaders, you will drive process efficiencies and enhance performance within a dynamic retail distribution network.
Office location: Northeastern suburb of Athens
On-site presence: 3 days per week
Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for store operations and technology platforms
Define clear problem statements, desired outcomes, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Support technology solutions, including Store Backoffice, Electronic Shelf Labels, SAP for stores, and tailored applications
Identify and propose process and system optimizations to enhance throughput, accuracy, and service levels
Assess the operational impacts of new features and assist in change management initiatives
Develop test scenarios, validate outcomes, and coordinate defect resolution during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ensure solutions align with functional and non-functional business requirements
Manage requirements, user stories, defects, and backlog prioritization using Jira
Document business processes, functional requirements, and decisions in Confluence
Maintain clear, traceable documentation that supports transparency and cross-team alignment
Communicate project statuses, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs effectively to stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
Skills in BA stakeholder management, elicitation of information, and BA artifacts documentation
Proficiency in using Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Proven ability to translate business requirements into Agile product documentation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
Working proficiency in Greek
Nice to have
SAP Retail experience
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment
