As a Business Analyst, you’ll bridge business and technology, turning operational challenges into well-defined AI use cases, sharp user stories, and functional specs that engineering teams can actually build from. You'll work across squads, run discovery sessions, and keep delivery grounded in real business impact.

What you'll build

• Contribute to AI-enabled transformation programs, analyze processes, identify automation and optimization opportunities

• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specs, and AI use case definitions

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to surface operational challenges and shape AI-driven solutions

• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities

• Work alongside architects, data engineers, and AI delivery teams throughout implementation

• Support project management, delivery tracking, testing, and adoption activities

• Contribute to future-state operating model design and process transformation initiatives

• Help define and document agentic AI solutions aligned to the AI strategic roadmap

Qualification

What we need

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience in business analysis, process consulting, or product management — in a tech or transformation context

• Strong at requirements gathering, user story writing, and translating ambiguity into clear specs

• Comfortable facilitating workshops and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders

• Solid grasp of AI and GenAI concepts — you know what's possible and can design use cases accordingly

• Familiarity with agentic AI solutions — how autonomous systems work and where they create value

• Analytical and data-literate; structured thinker; excellent communicator in Greek and English

Nice to have:

• Process automation design and BPMN modelling

• Jira / Confluence for backlog and requirements management

• Analytics and data analysis to support decision-making and use case prioritization

• Delivery tracking experience in agile environments
