As a Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and testing teams to understand business needs and help translate them into effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation activities.

• Assist in business process modelling using BPMN.

• Facilitate and participate in workshops and requirement gathering sessions.

• Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualification

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 0-3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or a related role.

• Knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis techniques.

• Understanding of business process modelling (BPMN).

• Familiarity with gap analysis approaches.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience facilitating or supporting workshops and business discussions.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Interest in Generative AI technologies and business applications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
