What you'll do
- Install and provide technical support at customer sites
- Support customers via Remote Desktop
- Provide customer support by phone
Key requirements
- Knowledge of Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with LAN/WAN Network Services
- Skills in Technical Problem Diagnosis for servers and PCs
- Customer Support skills and communication abilities
- Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server
- Experience with Wi-Fi Network Installation and Computer Assembly
- Computer Science
