What you'll do
- Monitor, maintain and support all IT systems including PCs, laptops, printers, and networking equipment
- Administer internet and intranet infrastructure such as web, mail servers, and office automation tools
- Support users and troubleshoot ERP daily issues at first level including retail store operations
- Regulate levels of access and security for IT systems
- Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and recommend IT solutions
- Stay updated on latest technologies and coordinate new IT projects and business development
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Active Directory administration, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, Office 365/Exchange, Windows Server, PowerShell
- Networking fundamentals and IT Service Management workflows
- Support for Android and iOS mobile phones and tablets
- Troubleshooting ERP daily issues
