- Technical Support including installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Operating Systems and Office Software Package
- Familiarity with LAN-WAN Network Services
- Troubleshooting Equipment Malfunctions including servers and PCs
- Remote Desktop Support experience
- Telephone Customer Support skills
- Possession of Driver's License
- Computer Science
