About the job
The Sales & Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing new business opportunities with medium-sized and enterprise organizations.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Identify and develop new business opportunities within medium-sized and enterprise organizations
Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and objectives
Conduct web meetings and on-site meetings with prospective customers
Conduct discovery meetings and qualify commercial opportunities
Present INTELIQUA's solutions and value proposition to prospective customers
Collaborate with the CRO and internal teams in the preparation of proposals and commercial offers
Manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signature
Work with international partners to generate and pursue new business opportunities
Participate in webinars, workshops, conferences and networking events
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and opportunity tracking through CRM tools
Monitor market trends and identify emerging commercial opportunities
Your Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field will be considered an advantage
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Client Success or another customer-facing role will be considered an advantage.
Ability to engage with business decision-makers
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong follow-up and opportunity management skills
Commercial mindset and ability to identify customer needs
Proactive and self-driven approach
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
