What you'll do
- Participate in ERP projects throughout implementation life cycle including design, mapping, testing, and go-live support
- Meet business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define customer requirements on business processes
- Create technical solutions design and implement software according to business requirements
- Provide feedback on new functionalities development and existing improvements based on customer needs
- Provide training for smooth user introduction to new functionalities and software environment
- Work closely with project team to prioritize customer needs and proactively resolve problems
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- ERP Consultation and Business Process Analysis
- Technical Solutions Design and Testing and Go-live Support
- Training Delivery and Customer-oriented Mindset
- Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
- Problem Solving, Analytical Skills, and Independent Working Ability
- Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Science / Information Technology / Economics / Relevant Fieldpreferred

About the job
As an ERP Functional Consultant , you will participate in multiple ERP projects throughout the implementation life cycle, including design, mapping, testing, and go-live support.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Meet business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze and define customer’s requirements about business processes
Create technical solutions design and implement software according to business requirements
Provide feedback on developing new functionalities and improving existing, according to customers’ needs
Provide training to achieve user smooth introduction to the new functionalities and software environment
Work closely with project team to prioritize customers’ needs and proactively identify and resolve problems
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or in relevant field
At least 2-3 years experience as an ERP Consultant
Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
