What you'll do
- Assist consulting and finance teams in implementing and maintaining Soft1 ERP
- Support ERP configuration and accounting data entry under senior guidance
- Provide end-user training and support particularly in finance and accounting
- Enter, reconcile, and validate accounting transactions in ERP
- Prepare project documentation such as manuals and issue logs
- Support preparation of reports, dashboards, and financial statements in ERP
- Collaborate with consultants and client teams to ensure accurate data input
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning ERP and accounting processes
Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- Knowledge of Soft1 ERP and ERP configuration
- Basic accounting principles and finance processes knowledge
- Experience with accounting data entry and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration
- Detail-oriented and proactive attitude
- Experience in consulting support and project documentation
- Accounting / Finance / Information Systems

About the job
As a Junior ERP & Accounting Support, you will assist the consulting and finance teams in implementing and maintaining Soft1 ERP. You will help with system configuration, accounting data entry, reporting, and end-user support, ensuring smooth execution of projects while learning from senior consultants.
Our Contribution to the Success of the Team
Assist in ERP implementations by supporting process workshops and collecting accounting-related data
Help configure ERP modules, including financial and accounting functionalities, under the guidance of senior consultants
Support end-user training, particularly in finance and accounting processes, and provide assistance with queries
Enter, reconcile, and validate accounting transactions in ERP to ensure accurate financial records
Prepare project documentation such as manuals, issue logs, and resolution notes
Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and financial statements within ERP
Collaborate with consultants and client teams to ensure accurate data input and process execution
Maintain a proactive approach to learning ERP functionality, accounting processes, and consulting practices
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
Familiarity with ERP systems (Soft1 knowledge is a plus)
0–2 years of relevant experience or internships in ERP, accounting, or finance
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks
