What you'll do
- Participate in ERP projects through design, mapping, testing, and go-live support
- Gather, analyze, and define customer requirements from business and technical stakeholders
- Create technical solution designs and implement software based on business needs
- Provide feedback for developing new functionalities and improving existing ones
- Deliver training for smooth user adoption of new functionalities and software
- Collaborate with project team to prioritize customer needs and resolve problems proactively
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- ERP Implementation and Software Implementation
- Microsoft SQL Server database knowledge
- Business Process Analysis and Technical Solution Design
- Training Delivery and Customer Orientation
- Problem Solving, Analytical Skills, and Communication Skills
- Interpersonal Skills, Independent Work, and Teamwork
- Computer Science / Information Technology / Economicspreferred

About the job
As an ERP Implementation Consultant , you will participate in multiple ERP projects throughout the implementation life cycle, including design, mapping, testing, and go-live support.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Meet business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze and define customer’s requirements about business processes
Create technical solutions design and implement software according to business requirements
Provide feedback on developing new functionalities and improving existing, according to customers’ needs
Provide training to achieve user smooth introduction to the new functionalities and software environment
Work closely with project team to prioritize customers’ needs and proactively identify and resolve problems
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or in relevant field
At least 2-3 years experience as an ERP Consultant
Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
