What you'll do
- Participate in ERP projects across design, process mapping, testing and go-live support
- Meet stakeholders to gather, analyze and define customer business process requirements
- Design solutions and implement software to meet business requirements
- Provide feedback on new functionalities and improvements to existing software
- Deliver user training for new functionalities and the software environment
- Prioritize customer needs and proactively identify and resolve problems with the project team
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- ERP consulting and implementation
- Requirements gathering, business process analysis and solution design
- Software implementation, testing and go-live support
- User training and stakeholder management
- Microsoft SQL Server
- English communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Economics / Business Administration / Accounting / Computer Sciencepreferred
