- Configure and customize ERP solutions based on business requirements
- Implement ERP modules, workflows, parameters, and business processes
- Support partners throughout implementations and provide user training
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and report product malfunctions
- Gather and analyze business requirements and lead process workshops
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- ERP implementation, configuration and customization
- Business requirements analysis and process workshops
- Accounting and commercial processes; ERP workflows and business processes
- ERP consulting and user training
- SoftOne ERP
- Troubleshooting, analytical skills, and problem-solving
- English communication
- Accounting / Business Administration / Economicspreferred
