What you'll do
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze and improve processes in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, process maps, user stories, and solution specifications
- Configure Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations according to Microsoft best practices
- Work across Finance & Operations modules focusing on Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Human Resources
- Support HR business processes including lifecycle management, organizational structures, leave, positions, compensation, approvals, and reporting
- Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, rollout, upgrade, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support integrations between Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with developers to define technical requirements for extensions, integrations, reports, workflows, and customizations
- Support integrations with Power Platform, Azure services, and other enterprise applications
- Perform functional testing, User Acceptance Testing, regression testing, and production validation
- Support data migration activities including validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and cutover planning
- Deliver user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-go-live support
- Work with Product Owners and Project Managers to prioritize enhancements and manage delivery backlogs
- Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI, and intelligent automation to improve productivity and processes
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, AI, and ERP best practices and recommend improvements
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Human Resources modules
- Business Process Analysis and Business Requirements Gathering skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
- Knowledge of Azure Services and integrations using Dual-write, Dataverse, Business Events, APIs
- Functional Design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) capabilities
- Agile Delivery experience and strong Communication Skills
- Information Technology / Business Administration / Accounting / Finance / Engineeringpreferred
