What you'll do
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information
- Use hotel management software for bookings and record keeping
- Perform general administrative duties including Microsoft Office tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest service
Key requirements
- English language proficiency
- Reception experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with hotel management software
