What you'll do
- Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions correctly
- Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports
- Prepare and update employment contracts and related documentation
- Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, allowances, and pension plans
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Coordinate with external payroll providers, insurance companies, and authorities
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Maintain and update employee data in payroll systems
- Serve as point of contact for payroll, benefits, and employment documentation
- Monitor changes in Greek labor and payroll legislation and implement them
- Support HR Plant Managers with payroll processes and inquiries
- Assist in HR reporting, audits, and compensation analysis
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Payroll processing and payroll records management
- Labor and social security legislation knowledge and compliance management
- ERGANI Information System and Scan HRMS proficiency
- Employee benefits administration and employment contracts preparation
- MS Office proficiency and organization skills
- Communication skills, teamwork, handling employee inquiries, and deadline management
- Finance / Human Resources / Business Administrationpreferred

Payroll & Benefits Specialist

How you will contribute:
Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure correct calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports.
Prepare and update employment contracts, amendments and related documentation.
Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, allowances, pension plans, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Liaise with external payroll providers, insurance companies, and relevant authorities.
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Maintain and update employee data in payroll systems.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and employment documentation.
Monitor changes in Greek labor and payroll legislation and ensure proper implementation.
Support HR Plant Managers with payroll processes and related inquiries.
Assist in HR reporting, audits, and compensation analysis.
What you will bring :
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/HR/ Business Administration or other relevant field
Postgraduate studies in HR or Business Administration will be considered as a plus
3 -5 years' working experience in payroll and HR Services
Experience with Scan HRMS
Proven knowledge of labor and social security legislation
Extensive knowledge of “ERGANI” Information System
Strong organization and detail orientation skills
Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office applications
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Effective communication and rapport building skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in cross functional context
High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
