What you'll do
- Serve drinks, appetizers, and dishes following the Group's operational standards
- Know the menu thoroughly to provide better customer service
- Communicate promptly with the Restaurant Manager to organize your station
- Coordinate with the team to supervise the dining area
- Welcome customers politely
- Inform about the menu, offer dish and drink suggestions in a friendly and discreet manner
- Collaborate with other teams for prompt customer service
Key requirements
- Very good knowledge of English language and optionally a second foreign language
- Experience in à la carte restaurants or 5* hotel restaurants
- Excellent knowledge of service techniques
- Welcoming and reception of customers with politeness and friendliness
- Communication, teamwork, and team spirit
- Cleanliness, neat appearance, and customer service orientation
- Tourismpreferred

Σερβίρισμα ποτών, εδεσμάτων και πιάτων ακολουθώντας τα λειτουργικά πρότυπα του Ομίλου
Πολύ καλή γνώση του καταλόγου, με απώτερο σκοπό την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών
Άμεση επικοινωνία με τον Υπεύθυνο Εστιατορίου για την οργάνωση του πόστο του
Επικοινωνία με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα για την εποπτεία του χώρου
Υποδοχή και καλωσόρισμα του πελάτη με ευγενικό τρόπο
Ενημέρωση για το μενού, προτάσεις και συνδυασμοί πιάτων με ποτών με τρόπο φιλικό και διακριτικό χωρίς διάθεση επιβολής της γνώμης
Συνεργασία με τις υπόλοιπες ομάδες για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών
Requirements
Χρήσιμο να έχετε:
Απόφοιτος/η τουριστικής σχόλης
Απαραίτητη η πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής και προαιρετικά μιας δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας
Απαραίτητη προϋπηρεσία σε à la carte εστιατόρια ή σε εστιατόρια ξενοδοχείων πολυτελείας 5*
