What you'll do
- Serve guests during check-in, check-out, and other overnight requests
- Handle guest complaints and problems professionally and positively
- Keep the lobby and reception area clean, organized, and safe
- Respond promptly to telephone calls, emails, and other communications
- Perform the Night Audit and verify daily revenue entries across hotel departments
- Reconcile cash transactions, credit card payments, and other payment methods
- Prepare and send daily management reports on occupancy, revenue, and expenses
- Monitor facility security during the night shift and report suspicious activity
- Manage emergencies such as fire alarms or medical incidents with relevant departments
- Support Housekeeping and Maintenance during urgent situations
