What you'll do
- Conduct brand audits and internal inspections
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including ISO and HACCP standards
- Coordinate the availability and proper use of health and safety, sustainability, and brand signage and printed materials
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations
- Prepare and present regular quality performance reports
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Hospitality quality standards and brand audits
- Quality assurance, internal inspections, and continuous improvement
- Compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene regulations, and regulatory compliance
- ISO standards and HACCP standards
- Sustainability frameworks and sustainable operations
- Quality performance reporting and English fluency
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Engineeringpreferred
