What you'll do
- Conduct brand audits and internal inspections
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, ISO, and HACCP standards
- Coordinate health and safety, sustainability, and brand signage and collateral
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations
- Prepare and present regular quality performance reports
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Quality assurance and hospitality quality standards
- Health and safety compliance, HACCP, and ISO standards
- Sustainability frameworks and sustainability practices
- Brand audits, internal inspections, and regulatory compliance
- International hotel brand standards and quality performance reporting
- English language and continuous improvement
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Engineeringpreferred
