What you'll do
- Lead Industrial Quality activities at the workshop level including processes, KPIs, and team coordination
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance before delivery
- Stop production in case of critical defects and lead resolution actions
- Perform inspections and participate in customer joint inspections
- Manage non-conformities and drive root cause analysis
- Develop and improve Quality Control Plans based on lessons learned
- Support manufacturing teams with quality guidance and self-inspections
- Execute incoming inspections and collaborate with Supply Chain & Supplier Quality teams
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and KPI tracking
Key requirements
- Expertise in quality tools and problem-solving methodologies
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IRIS standards
- Skills in root cause analysis and non-conformity management
- Competence in KPI tracking, data analysis, and quality control plans
- Experience in inspections, manufacturing quality, and team coordination
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Lean principles, and continuous improvement tools
