What you'll do
- Install, connect and troubleshoot in-room technology, including TVs, telephones, cameras and other devices
- Handle cabling, connectors, network points and low-voltage systems with the Maintenance team
- Coordinate on-site with remote IT specialists, check devices and connections, and report issues clearly
- Provide basic PC support to hotel departments, including printers, peripherals and everyday computer use
- Support new hotel openings and the first months of operation
- Maintain technical equipment and flag faulty devices for replacement
Key requirements
- Technical installation and troubleshooting; electrical installation
- Low-voltage systems, CCTV systems, alarm systems, TV and satellite systems, telephony systems
- Structured cabling and network points; basic networking
- PC support; device troubleshooting
- Hotel technology support; technical reporting
- English language; driving
- Electrical and Electronics Installationpreferred
