What you'll do
- Welcome guests to the venue
- Provide clear instructions and directions to guests
- Escort guests to the hotel’s dining areas
- Inform guests of exact waiting time
- Manage the waiting list
- Handle reservations
- Collaborate with other hotel operational departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Key requirements
- Knowledge of English and optionally a second foreign language
- Very good knowledge of tourism
- Experience in à la carte restaurants or 5-star luxury hotel restaurants
- Knowledge of service techniques
- Politeness, pleasant and friendly personality
- Team spirit and cooperation
- Customer service and satisfaction orientation
