What you'll do
- Greet guests warmly and provide clear directions
- Inform guests about waiting times and monitor the waiting list
- Manage reservations
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Key requirements
- Professional experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages
- Knowledge of a second foreign language
- Knowledge of OPERA system and computer skills
- Courtesy, friendly personality, and neat appearance
- Team spirit
