What you'll do
- Deal with guest requirements courteously and professionally following company standards
- Participate in Front Office activities including handling daily transactions and telephone calls
- Escort guests to their rooms and show hotel facilities
- Manage efficient operation of the Guest Relations Office maintaining all related tasks and procedures
- Respond to and follow up on special guest requests
- Listen to and effectively address guest complaints
- Ensure highest standards of guest care at all times
- Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service
- Operate switchboard, call center and reservations software relevant to Front Office activities
- Maintain excellent personal presentation
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Hospitality knowledge and Guest care skills
- Communication skills including bilingual or multilingual ability preferred
- Protel hotel management software experience is a plus
- Multitasking and organizational abilities
- Telephone handling competency
- Problem-solving skills
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Any Fieldpreferred
