What you'll do
- Communicate with waiter and restaurant manager to organize the workspace
- Clean tables regularly
- Assist in serving drinks and dishes
- Constantly supervise assigned area to enhance customer service
- Ensure cleanliness of the area
- Maintain constant communication with waiter to serve customers
- Keep the workspace orderly
- Clean tables at the end of the shift
Key requirements
- Proficient in English language, optional second foreign language
- Experience in à la carte restaurants or luxury hotel restaurants
- Knowledge of service techniques
- Customer service orientation
- Team spirit and collaboration
- Appearance and cleanliness
- Tourismpreferred

Επικοινωνία με το Σερβιτόρο και τον Υπεύθυνο Εστιατορίου για τον τρόπο οργάνωσης του χώρου εργασίας
Καθάρισμα των τραπεζιών
Βοήθεια στο σερβίρισμα των ποτών & των πιάτων του εστιατορίου
Διαρκής επίβλεψη του χώρου ευθύνης με σκοπό την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη
Διασφάλιση καθαριότητας του χώρου
Διαρκή επικοινωνία με τον σερβιτόρο για την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών
Διατήρηση της ευταξίας
Ανάληψη καθαριότητας τραπεζιών στο τέλος της βάρδιας
Requirements
Χρήσιμο να έχετε:
Απόφοιτος/η τουριστικής σχόλης
Απαραίτητη η πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής και προαιρετικά μιας δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας
Απαραίτητη προϋπηρεσία σε à la carte εστιατόρια ή σε εστιατόρια ξενοδοχείων πολυτελείας 5*
Άριστη γνώση τεχνικών service
