What you'll do
- Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner
- Thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit
- Assist the Waiter/Waitress A’ in taking and delivering food and beverage orders
- Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the meal, attending to guests' needs and preferences
- Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Assist the Waiter/Waitress A’ in providing and maintaining the service standards using friendly, courteous, and professional service
- Remove dishes, glassware and cutlery from tables
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages

About the job
As a Waiter/Waitress B’ at Domes Resorts, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will be serving food and beverages, ensuring a positive dining experience for Domes’ guests.
Some of the responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
Thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
Assist the Waiter/Waitress A’ in taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the meal, attending to guests' needs and preferences.
Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies and equipment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Assist the Waiter/Waitress A’ in providing and maintaining the service standards using friendly, courteous, and professional service.
Removing dishes, glassware and cutlery from tables.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Requirements
Useful to have:
High School or vocational training in a similar field is preferred.
Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations will be considered as a plus.
Conversational English level and familiarity with POS system a is a plus as well.
What you will bring:
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to build relationships, internally and externally, withing their department and between their department and the rest of the hotel.
Proactive way of managing and organizing with an eye to detail.
