What you'll do
- Welcome guests warmly and bid them farewell while encouraging future visits
- Assist with taking and delivering food and beverage orders
- Provide prompt, courteous service and respond to guests’ needs and preferences
- Set and clear tables promptly
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Help maintain stock levels of supplies and equipment
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Support service standards through friendly, courteous, and professional service
- Remove dishes, glassware, and cutlery from tables
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely food and beverage delivery
Key requirements
- Food and beverage service, customer service, and communication skills
- Table setting and clearing, dining area cleanliness, and sanitation regulations
- Health and safety compliance
- Stock management and POS system
- Team coordination, multitasking, and planning and organization
- Attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and English
- Hospitality Management / Vocational Trainingpreferred
