What you'll do
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and promptly
- Thank guests and encourage return visits
- Assist Waiter/Waitress A with taking and delivering orders
- Provide prompt, courteous service during meals
- Set and clear tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies and equipment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely delivery of orders
- Remove dishes, glassware, and cutlery from tables
Key requirements
- Customer Service and Food and Beverage Service
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
- Table Setting and Clearing skills
- Stock Management abilities
- Familiarity with POS System
- English Communication skills
- Organizational Skills
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Hospitality or similarpreferred
