We are currently looking for an individual with great organizational skills, strong work ethic, and positive attitude to provide support to our Talent AcquisitionTeam in Athens.
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be the "engine room" of our recruitment efforts for the Client Service Team. Your primary mission is to identify and engage with top-tier talent across Europe to fuel Dialectica’s rapid growth. You will work closely with our TA team to understand the "Client Service Associate" profile and use creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic sourcing: Proactively identify potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and academic networks.
Pipeline management: Curate and maintain a high-quality "talent pool" for CST, ensuring a steady flow of candidates for the recruitment team to interview.
Market mapping: Research top universities and competitor landscapes in Greece and internationally to find where the best talent is hidden.
Operational support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and supporting campus recruitment events or careers fairs.
Employer branding: Assist in promoting our culture through social media and internal initiatives to make Dialectica the employer of choice for graduates.
Requirements
Characteristics of the ideal candidate:
Degree ideally in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
Very good written and verbal English language skills
Good organizational and planning skills, with an ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and strong ability to prioritize
Positive attitude and team player
High level of integrity and adherence to protecting sensitive and confidential information
