What you'll do
- Act as a knowledge broker between clients and industry experts
- Understand client knowledge gaps by reviewing project briefs
- Conduct high-level industry and company research
- Identify experts with relevant experience to address client needs
- Use phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach to connect with potential experts
- Screen experts critically for suitability and relevance
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Develop skills in sales, time management, negotiation, and professional communication
Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- Negotiation and sales skills
- Research and critical thinking abilities
- Professional communication and client relationship management
- Phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach proficiency
- Time management and account management capabilities
- Fluency in English and multilingualism
