What you'll do
- Engage regularly with clients to understand their processes, needs, and business challenges
- Design and configure ServiceNow solutions that translate business requirements into digital applications and features
- Validate solutions and manage configuration through deployment across sub-production and production environments
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams and Enterprise Architects on large-scale, multisystem implementations
- Explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure solutions meet industry standards, security requirements, and data privacy obligations
- Identify and resolve complex technical problems throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Create architecture designs, workshop materials, and other design and facilitation artefacts
- Review user stories, requirements, and technical architecture documentation
- Prepare technical, design, build, configuration, and release documentation
- Write JavaScript scripts to implement business logic and improve user experience
- Perform unit and end-to-end testing, and fix defects through final deployment
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- ServiceNow development and configuration, including ServiceNow IT Service Management, Asset Management, Customer Service, and Field Service
- JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS
- SaaS solution design and implementation
- Software Development Life Cycle
- Integration development with REST and SOAP web services
- Technical documentation and English and Greek language proficiency
- Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems / Mathematics / Physics / Biomedical Sciences / Economicspreferred
