What you'll do
- Assist with implementing and maintaining ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand needs and build solutions
- Review user stories, requirements, and technical architecture documentation
- Apply ServiceNow development practices across the Software Development Life Cycle
- Write JavaScript scripts to implement business logic and improve user experience
- Create technical design, build, configuration, and release documentation
- Perform Unit testing and End-to-end testing, fixing defects through deployment
- Apply ServiceNow development, security, and Performance optimization practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with team members
- Work with ServiceNow integration technologies including REST, SOAP, LDAP, and Single sign-on
- Participate in training to develop ServiceNow expertise

- 0+ years' experience
- ServiceNow development and configuration
- JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS
- Software Development Life Cycle practices
- Unit testing and End-to-end testing
- Technical documentation
- REST, SOAP, LDAP, and Single sign-on integrations
- ServiceNow security and Performance optimization
- Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems / Mathematics / Physics / Biomedical Sciences / Economicspreferred
