What you'll do
- Design and guide the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business needs and ITIL best practices
- Translate client requirements into working solutions and support configuration and customization of relevant ServiceNow modules
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency
- Support ITSM framework adoption and operational integration focusing on core processes such as incident management, problem management, and service management
- Deliver training and enablement to users and stakeholders when required
- Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance
- Drive end-to-end project management of ServiceNow engagements including scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder governance
- Contribute to operating model design and ServiceNow transformations
- Support business development through proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution pitches
Key requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM (ITIL-based processes)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules like ITSM, workflows, and CMDB
- Skills in process improvement and automation
- Project management expertise for ServiceNow engagements
- Training delivery and report/dashboard building capabilities
- Understanding of IT Governance and operating model design
- Mentoring and strong communication skills
- Computer Science / Business Administration
