What you'll do
- Support analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of HR processes and application landscapes using Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and others
- Manage full lifecycle from gathering user requirements to implementing HR solutions
- Learn and apply project governance and monitoring methodologies for project management and service maintenance
- Collaborate proactively with teams and clients, managing risks and governance strategies for systems and processes
- Focus on results, individual responsibility, work quality, and continuous growth linked to innovation
- Stay updated on market trends in HR and emerging technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and Metaverse
Key requirements
- Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow or other HCM solutions
- Knowledge of programming languages including HTML5, JavaScript, XML, Java, ABAP, VBScript, Python, C, C++, C#
- Analytical mindset with willingness to learn new technologies
- Consulting experience or strong interest in consulting and application maintenance services
- Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics / Management Engineering / Economics / Human Resourcespreferred
