What you'll do
- Deliver client engagements by understanding expectations and maintaining accountability
- Foster strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Contribute to team and business priorities while committing to personal learning and development
- Provide innovative legal solutions to complex commercial and employment law issues
- Provide litigation support including drafting and negotiating documentation related to out-of-court settlements
- Deepen expertise in current labour legislation across industries
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and non-legal functions to enhance legal advice
- Mentor junior team members and support team development initiatives
- Manage aspects of client engagements and take on leadership responsibilities
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Employment Law and Social Security Law expertise
- Civil Litigation Proceedings experience
- Legal Research and Drafting skills
- English Language Proficiency
- Client Relationship Management and Communication Skills
- Commercial Awareness and Computer Literacy
