What you'll do
- Deliver client engagements by understanding expectations and maintaining accountability for performance
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional client service
- Contribute to team and business priorities while pursuing continuous professional development
- Develop innovative legal strategies with multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor junior team members and support team development initiatives
- Provide legal solutions to complex commercial and employment law issues
- Provide litigation support before Greek courts and draft and negotiate out-of-court settlement documentation
- Apply current labour legislation across a wide range of industries
- Use legal tools and technologies with non-legal functions to strengthen legal advice
- Manage aspects of client engagements and support leadership responsibilities
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Employment law, Social security law & Labour legislation
- Civil litigation proceedings & Litigation support
- Commercial law, Mergers and acquisitions & Legal strategy
- Legal research and analysis, Legal drafting & Negotiation
- Client relationship management & Client service
- English language & Computer literacy
