What you'll do
- Manage and grow sales portfolio in the HORECA market in Heraklion and Lassithi Crete
- Meet customers daily and represent the company in the market
- Use digital tools for real-time information management
- Support and expand existing customer relationships while finding new clients
- Negotiate agreements and ensure merchandising standards and product availability
- Maintain company assets at market and customer locations
- Collect and adapt to market and customer information to drive growth
- Use resources strategically considering environmental sustainability
- Adopt and utilize new digital tools for optimal results
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments like Trade Marketing
Key requirements
- Sales skills focused on HORECA and hospitality sectors
- Customer Relationship Management to build and maintain strong client partnerships
- Negotiation skills for agreement management
- Merchandising Standards knowledge to ensure product presentation and availability
- Digital Tools Proficiency for market information and sales tracking
- Territory Management and Mobility with driving license and regional travel flexibility
- Result Orientation with passion for sales and ability to work autonomously
- Communication skills for effective customer interactions
- Environmental Sustainability Awareness in resource use
- Business Administration / Marketing / Hospitality Managementpreferred
