Your Responsibilities

• Providing active telephone advice to customers interested in our products.

• Selling financial services, including financial education training.

• Presenting our product and explaining how the system works.

• Building and strengthening customer relationships over the phone.

• Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

• Fluent Italian, both spoken and written.

• Communicative level of English.

• Passion for providing excellent customer service.

• Willingness to learn and adapt.

• Strong team player.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.

• Knowledge of English will be considered an additional advantage.
