What you'll do
- Communicate excellently with customers for personalized beauty guidance and needs diagnosis
- Promote products and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Apply cosmetic products to customers
- Collaborate with team and inform customers about promotions, events, and loyalty programs
- Organize stands, maintain cleanliness, receive goods and monitor inventory
- Provide suitable solutions and options within time limits
Key requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to build customer trust
- English language proficiency and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience in cosmetics retail or services
- Skills in cosmetics application
- Inventory management capabilities
