What you'll do
- Welcome and serve customers aiming for a personalized shopping experience
- Maintain excellent appearance of the sales area and organize the stockroom
- Manage deliveries and placement of merchandise in the store
- Monitor inventory and participate in stocktaking processes
- Implement the company service procedures and commercial policies
- Collaborate with the team and inform customers about promotions and events
Key requirements
- Experience in the retail industry with expertise in men's formal wear
- Experience in exemplary customer service
- Good knowledge of English
- Communication skills
- Team spirit, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Flexibility and positive attitude towards market challenges
