What you'll do
- Monitor and maintain network equipment across all sites, responding to alerts and outages
- Design and implement resilient network solutions across on-premises and cloud environments
- Establish network environments, including configuration design, installation, upgrades, and standards enforcement
- Maximize network performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and collaboration on optimization
- Upgrade data and voice network equipment to stable firmware releases
- Configure and upgrade routing, switching, load balancing, firewalls, and VPN devices
- Coordinate with ISP and hosting providers on interconnection reconfiguration and upgrades
- Maintain network documentation, designs, and housekeeping activities
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Network monitoring, diagnostics, and analytics tools
- Network design and implementation
- Routing and switching, load balancing, firewalls, and VPN
- Network troubleshooting
- CCNA
- VMware, VoIP technologies, Linux, and Windows operating systems
- English language proficiency
- Network Engineering / Computer Science / Digital Systems / Any Fieldpreferred
