What you'll do
- Configure and manage Cisco routers and switches according to standards
- Monitor network systems and communication circuits to ensure uptime and reliability
- Identify and troubleshoot network faults, outages, and performance issues promptly
- Collaborate with telecom providers to report, track, and resolve connectivity incidents
- Coordinate installation and maintenance of network equipment with internal and external teams
- Analyze network reports to optimize performance and prevent issues
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches and networking concepts
- Experience with network monitoring tools and incident management
- Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent practical expertise
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data and report management
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
