As THEON continues to grow, we are looking for an L&D & Performance Partner to join our HR team and play a key role in shaping and driving people development initiatives across the organization.
This role combines business partnering, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, ideal for someone who understands business needs, defines development priorities, and drives initiatives end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, identifying capability gaps and shaping L&D and performance priorities accordingly
Design, drive, and continuously evolve Learning & Development initiatives, from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation
Translate business input into structured development roadmaps and next-step actions
Lead and actively manage the Performance Management cycle, while proposing improvements and next steps based on insights and business needs
Monitor progress and impact of initiatives, and recommend adjustments, enhancements, and future actions
Contribute to the development of career paths, competency frameworks, and long-term talent development approaches
Ensure strong alignment between business priorities and people development strategy
Remain actively involved in execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and with impact
What We Are Looking For
Experience in a structured L&D environment, with exposure to both business-facing and executional responsibilities
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable development initiatives
Proven involvement in designing and organizing L&D and performance initiatives, not only implementing them
A hands-on and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to drive initiatives independently
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with a clear focus on HR (mandatory)
Master’s degree in HR or MBA will be considered a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Learning & Development and/or Performance Management
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
