What you'll do
- Execute product changeovers to support production schedule flexibility
- Perform machine adjustments and settings to maintain efficiency
- Conduct basic preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth equipment operation
- Analyze process constraints and propose solutions
- Initiate and participate in continuous improvement activities
- Arrange and control special maintenance fixtures and components
- Plan resources to minimize equipment downtime
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Mechanical maintenance including preventive and corrective tasks
- Troubleshooting and machine adjustments skills
- Technical school or institute degree in Mechanical discipline and Mechanical technician license
- English language proficiency and PC literacy including MS Office and Windchill
- Experience with production equipment operation and maintenance monitoring tools
